Upload Guidelines
We would like to remind you -as forum member- of our policy regarding the upload of images, music, and videos to our platform.
To ensure compliance with copyright laws and to protect the intellectual property rights of all creators, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Prohibited Content
Members are strictly prohibited from uploading copyright-protected images, existing music (songs and lyrics), or videos created by others. This includes any commercial music, rights-managed music, or videos.
If other people are present in photographs or videos, the member must have consent or permission from these individuals before uploading.
2. Permitted Content
Members are allowed to upload their self-made images, music, or videos, provided they can furnish proof of intellectual ownership. Acceptable proof includes, but is not limited to, copyright registration, a timestamped original file, or any other verifiable evidence of ownership.
Members are also allowed to upload music or videos from the Public Domain. Public Domain works are those that are not protected by copyright and can be freely used by anyone. If certain public image-license applies, then you -as uploader- should mention this.
AI-generated music and videos are permitted, provided they do not infringe on existing copyrighted works and the member can provide proof of the AI model used or other verifiable evidence of ownership.
3. Resemblance to Commercial Artifacts
Files (images, music, videos) from the Public Domain, self-made, as well as AI-generated content must not closely resemble or replicate commercial or rights-managed artifacts. This includes avoiding the use of recognizable melodies, lyrics, arrangements, or visual elements that could be construed as infringing on existing copyrighted works. Members are encouraged to create original compositions and visuals that reflect their unique artistic expression.
Failure to comply with the guidelines above may result in the removal of the offending/unacceptable content and potential disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of forum membership.

False statements that harm the reputation of individuals or organizations.
Privacy Violations
Sharing personal information of others without their consent.
Obscenity and Pornography
Especially content involving minors.
