Topic B - Overview

 

Introduction

What are the theories, ideas and concepts regarding the Big Bang and Cosmology in general?
How do certain religions think about the beginning of existence and the Universe? 

Scientific summary

The Big Bang Theory posits that the universe originated from an incredibly dense and hot singularity, expanding rapidly to form the cosmos we observe today.
This theory is supported by measurement of cosmic microwave background radiation and the observed expansion of galaxies.

 

Chapters

Topic B consists of 3 chapters about the philosophical aspects of cosmology and theories on the Big Bang.
Chapter 1 describes the philosofical and religious aspects of Cosmology and the Big Bang.
Chapter 2 describes the scientific history of theories on the Big Bang.
Chapter 3 describes basic concepts of Cosmology.
 

Technical Writing Method

I try to build up every section in the following way:

Chapter division:
Begin: introduction to subject
Middle: the actual pages on the subject in question (sometimes written on 3 levels).
End: conclusion or summary; sometimes with references to relevant people, books or to external websites.

Levels of Comprehension:
lv1: page containing knowledge on Level 1 (primary school kids).
lv2: page containing knowledge on Level 2 (high school pupils).
lv3: page containing knowledge on Level 3 (university students).

RIM-cycle:
Every section may contain a RIM-cycle (a cause/effect adjustment loop).
Further in this book, the Topic on 'RIM Cybernetics' will explain a RIMF-pattern:
Reception - Integration - Manipulation - Feedback.
