The Nose Face

In other words: a miniature face of 2 eye-dots forms beneath the nasal bulb. Below that, the vertical groove above the upper lip (= philtrum, fluid groove) runs like a miniature nasal shaft towards the upper lip. Where the philtrum (as a virtual nasal shaft) ends above the upper lip, the virtual nose tip should begin. In some people, you see a round sheen in the dimple of the philtrum, being another afterimage, in this case of the nasal bulb (afterimage of an afterimage).

Super Lips

And then the real, large mouth appears underneath.
The nose-face is a mini-face (eyes + nasal shaft) in which the mouth is proportionally large. Suppose you first looked at the real eyes and then your gaze follows the nasal shaft towards the nose tip; here you can see a second face, but smaller. This second face (nose-face) might be unconsciously experienced as an afterimage of the eyes seen from afar, because ‘afar’ in short-term memory is not only ‘far away’ in terms of distance, but also ‘far away’ in terms of the passage of time. And then a large mouth (the 2 real lips) looms into your field of vision.
At that moment, the mouth is a superstimulus in relation to the ‘distant’ eyes (in the nose-face). Consequently, the proportionally large mouth is perceived at that moment as very attractive and ‘kissable’. As if the mouth is moving towards you. As if the woman wants to kiss you (in your dreams!). Your own eyes are deceiving you with wishful thinking!

Doubling

And the nose bulb above the two fantasy eyes (nostrils) then forms the same circle of shine as the shine of the forehead above the two real eyes.
Due to the combination of the nose bulb and 2 mini-eyes (nostrils), you see the shape of the nose in 2 ways:
a. Normal: as a real nose with two nostrils and a nasal bulb.
b. Imaginary: as a miniature face (nose-face) with a miniature forehead.

In the neuronal information processing of incoming images in your head, these two image configurations reinforce each other. A superstimulus of attractiveness is created!
It may well be that for certain people, seeing a miniature face (nose-face) is a wishful thought of wanting to see a baby face.
Or is it the promise of procreation, perceived in someone else's face?

That means that the sexual selection mechanism in certain strains during evolution has ensured that a facial shape has developed under the nose that resembles a baby face. The potential reproductive partner unconsciously sees a baby in the other person's face. This drives his or her (because men can also possess such a nose-face) motivation to start a family with this partner.
